MY EXPERIENCES

During college, I held three internships — one at a small performing arts nonprofit, another at a boutique advertising agency, and a third at a large Fortune 500 home decor and furniture ecommerce company. While several of these internships occurred during the summer, I completed one during the school year while I was still a full-time student!

Beyond internships, I maintained an active presence on campus through my heavy involvement in two communications-oriented student organizations. Throughout the majority of my first half of college, I served as a multimedia staff writer, photographer, and media analyst for Elon News Network, which was a student-run media-converged newspaper, website, and broadcast news show. In the latter half of my college career, I became an account executive at Live Oak Communications, an award-winning student-run advertising agency, and helped create marketing campaigns for an animal hospital, a volunteering nonprofit, and two local restaurants.
