ANIMAL HOSPITAL OF MEBANE
BACKGROUND
The Animal Hospital of Mebane is a veterinary clinic and full-service animal hospital that serves the Burlington, Mebane, and Hillsborough communities in North Carolina. They worked with Live Oak Communications for over 10 semesters. During the time my team worked with the animal hospital, they remained focused on advancing their customer loyalty and brand affinity through an active and cohesive social media presence.
CONTENT BUCKETS
While serving as an account executive, I helped brainstorm the following content buckets: client how-to’s, get to know your vet, fluffy friends fridays, pet features, nurses, informational, and customer testimonials.
THE SOLUTION
I created over 20 evergreen social media posts with captions for the animal hospital that showed their “family-friendly” atmosphere and educated customers about important pet health practices. The posts combined graphics and images from past photoshoots with pets, vets, and staff. The posts were made in advance with the intention of being actively published from February 2023 to August 2023.
