BLUE RIBBON DINER AND THE VILLAGE GRILL
BACKGROUND
Blue Ribbon Diner and The Village Grill are two local restaurants located in Burlington, North Carolina that have been working with Live Oak Communications for over 20 semesters. Both restaurants want to conserve their strong customer base, call attention to their catering and takeout services, and continue building brand loyalty.
CONTENT BUCKETS
As an account executive, I helped my team brainstorm the following content buckets: food, service, people, atmosphere, customer reviews, takeout/catering, bar, and philanthropy. These content buckets were used to help both restaurants maintain an engaging and active online presence.
THE SOLUTION
I created over 30 evergreen social media posts with captions for both restaurants that highlighted select food offerings, beverage options, customer testimonials, and staff appreciation. The posts combined graphics and images from past restaurant photoshoots. The posts were made in advance with the intention of being actively published on both restaurants’ Instagram and Facebook pages from March through September.
